   This Day came the Plaintiff by his Counsel, and the Defendants  
   having withstood all process with Contempt and failing to Answer the
   Complaintants Bill.  Whereupon the said Bill, the Judgment of  
   Albemarle County Court obtained by the Deft agst. the Complaint., 
   the Defts Account agst. the Complaintant, the Bond of the Compt. to
   the Defts., and the Complts. Account agst. the Defts., with sundry
   Receipts, being seen by our Court, and the Arguments of the  
   Complaints. Coucsel heard, and the same with mature deliberation  
   thereon had and understood by our said Court, it appears that there
   is a Ballance due from the Defendants unto the Complainant of forty
   eight pounds seventeen shillings and four pence half penny current 
   money of Virginia with interest thereon after the rate of five per 
   centum per annum, to be computed from the xvith day of July  
   MDCCLXVIII.  It is thereupon considered ordered and Decreed by the 
   Court that the Defendts. pay into the Complaint. the aforesaid sum 
   of Money and Interest thereon after the aforesaid rate from the said
   xvith of July 'til the same shall be fully paid, together with his
