     This Day came the parties by their Attornies and thereupon  
     Came also a Jury to wit William Hutchison, Richard Watson,  
     James Huston, Dennis Kelly, John Crasey, David Trimble, John  
     Tate, James Cowdon, James Montgomery, William Hyde, John  
     Greenlee, and William McKutcheon who being Elected Tried and  
     Sworn the truth to speak upon the Issue Joined upon their  
     Oaths do say that the Defendant doth Owe to the Plaintif the  
     sum of fourteen pounds with Lawfull Interest thereon at the  
     rate of five per Centum per Annum to be Computed from the  
     first day of April one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six  
     untill paid the Debt in the Declaration Mentioned in manner  
     and form as the Plaintif against him hath Complained and they  
     do Assess the Plaintifs Damages by the Detention Thereof to  
     one Penny besides the Costs.  Therefore It is considered by  
     the Court that the Plaintif recover against the said defendant  
     his Debt aforesaid Together with his Damages aforesaid in Form

     wife of the said Hugh Donaho is unable to travel to our sd.  
     County Court of Augusta to be Privately Examined - -therefore  
     we give Power & Authority to you - - to go to the house - - to  
     Examine her - - and that you certify the same to our Justices  
     - -dated this 10th day of March 1772.  
     By Virtue of this Commission to us - - we did personally on  
     the 12th day of March go to the house - - and did Privately  
     examine Elizabeth his wife she was willing to relinquish her  
     right of dower - - - which we certify this Twelth day of  
     March 1772.
